Has anyone used this?  Does it work?

I have a few ideas floating around in my head for some bracelets made from steel pieces, and well, I'm weak, so I need help bending them into shape!   Cheesy  I just don't know if it's worth it to buy the bender if there's a chance it won't work...  Undecided

Thanks in advance for any comments/suggestions!   Grin

my guess is that it won't work for steel.  aluminum is very easy to bend, steel, not so much.

Since the one from the link is for aluminum have you thought about using a bracelet mandrel for the steel blanks?  I'm almost positive I saw bracelet and neck mandrels on Monsterslayer a few weeks ago.

I wonder if it could be used to bend spoons. Any idea?

Sorry Big didn't mean to steal your post, it just looks like an incredibly useful tool. Nice find
