Librarians (well, most of us!) love anything to do with libraries, books, and librarians. I don't know what crafts you do, but a bookmark, a collage about reading (maybe with old-school library cards), a reader's journal, tote bag, notecards, or altered book could be fun. there have been a couple of librarian/reading is sexy swaps that have lots of good ideas. If you are buying something, there's a librarian action figure, lots of stuff on the ALA website, books by Nancy Pearl, or there's a book called The Most beautiful Libraries in the World that I really want. A book you really like with a crafted bookmark and a note about why you love the book and want to share it would be a wonderful gift.
