I love this! I'm knitting a scarf for a friend and bought a package of buttons that matches the yarn. I'm pondering getting a similar knob and doing this with a picture frame with the knob in the middle to make a scarf hanger to go with the scarf.

Finding bulk buttons wasn't too tough - I literally just searched eBay for "button lots" and then waded through an absolute ton of entries. You're kind of at the mercy of whatever is available, color-scheme-wise, unless you're willing to be a little more spendy than I was - you can buy smaller lots of just about any color.

this is TOTALLY awesome. Green is my favorite color so I especially LOVE this table!!! I've never worked with resin before.... what kind of container would you use? Im assuming you cant use your mixing bowls lol.
