that looks really cool! i have a huge pile of animal xrays that i've been trying to do something with. i'll look into the tox issues first......

Speaking of using transparency sheets, as a photographer, I print negatives on transparency sheets, and that in itself would make a fabulous light... one that projects positive black and white images on the walls!  Tongue

i study medicine, and in the hospitals i'm doing my practices they don't print xrays or MRI or scanner images, they just look at them in the computer, so.. too bad :p

If you don't have any actual xray images but want transparent images, you can take regular pictures and print them out on either transparencies or regular paper. If you use regular paper, coat with baby oil and then let dry to make transparent.

If you were worried about it being toxic or getting damaged what about laminating them or buy extra frames and put the image between two pieces of glass.

OH I have only heard of these! but now i finally get to see one! it looks so wicked!  ooh some bone sconces would be rather nice or if you could create some sort of chandelier? grr i wish i had some x rays just kicking around.i was never even given the option of keeping any of mine. somewhere i heard that we don't get to keep them in canada, because we don't pay for the? but Even so it's my bones and i want a copy of it!
