The husband-to-be made spicy peanut brittle the other night and it was amazing!  We doubled the cayenne in the recipe to give it a bit more of a kick.  The recipe is from My Sweet Vegan:

that looks really yummy!  I always find it kind of hard to time candy stages, even if I'm paying really close attention to the thermometer.  I'm glad you guys are more successful with it!  Smiley
