That is the greatest thing ever... what could be better than rats AND cake at the same time? I am a rat-obsessed crazy person myself, BTW.  Grin

That is the most disgusting thing I've EVER SEEN!  WOW!  How talented! The rats look SO real! (but I can't believe you actually let a real rat close to something you would eat Wink )

Wow... it took me a minute to realize two of the rats were fake... Awesome (yet somewhat disturbing) job!

I thought those were REAL rats! I was so confused how you'd want to eat a cake that rats were crawling all over, LOL, then I thought that the frosting must be REALLY hard for them not to leave tracks.

BEAUTIFUL job, and it's very realistic Smiley

Wow, thank you guys so much for the compliments!

It was surpassingly easy to make, too.

I'd be happy to honor the request for a step-by-step, as well as provide the recipes I used. I'm going to be making another cake for my other roommate who is turning 21 this week also (ooooo our livers hurt!) ;-) so I will use pics from that to show you guys how to form fondant and stuff.

Thanks again for the nice things you guys are saying, I feel all cool now!

Awesome! I can't wait for the tute! It's just a toss-up between making the cake for my boyfriend's b'day (and would he even eat it???) or for my rats b'day!!  Wink
