Wow... I now know what I'm going to do for my mom for Christmas.  Good think it's July because that gives me plenty of time!  This looks amazing!

What a great idea!  I'm not crazy about my recipe box, so maybe I'll take on a project like this...hmmm...cool!

Hi I just joined the site. woohoo for first post. I have to say that I love this project. I am actually in the process of making something very similar. My recipes were all hand written in a journal and the pages are starting to show their wear from being in the kitchen. I love how you put your pages in scrapbook pages/sheet protectors!

Are the images included in your book your own pictures of your cooked food or from the original source of the recipe? just curious because i never thought of taking my own pictures of food for the book!

Thank you all for your kind replies!

The images are my own, some of the pages don't have images as we either eat to fast or I need to work on my food presentation!

I had put the book on hold for a while but I am back on track now, so I will post any updates.

The sheets are in an A4 document book, nothing special!

That is a really beautiful cookbook!  I'm sure it will become a family keepsake.  I am working on a cookbook using the photo carousel made by 7Gypsies and your layouts gave me some great ideas.  Thanks!

LOVE IT!
I especially love how you're adding your own pictures of the meals. Great idea for both the functionality of it and how freakin' cute/fun it is!
