somehow i hadn't considered the possibility that some people live in the same city as bands who are actually famous, but of course chicago has some big names. that's really funny!

thanks for posting your package. i'm excited to see the others.

I think more than half the bands I put on my mix for decibel were famous, but maybe not all the way over in Sweden.

Got this mix from ookpik and the 1" buttons that are also in the photo.

I got my CD from emmycore a couple of days ago.  I don't have my camera with me at the moment so I will have to post pics later.  She even made some pins of the bands.

I received my package from kitschlover quite a few days ago, but I only got my computer back yesterday!  So here are the belated pics.

A lovely decoupaged box decorated in the theme of St. Louis.

Someone drank a lot of beer to make this!   Grin

And here's my CD... some good jams, I must say!

Alright, I will try to get my swap sent out this weekend!  Sorry for the delay.  I despise technology.

Wow! Your stuff is great, makes mine look bad... Grin (speaking of which: did you receive the package, ookpik?) It really makes me wanna own a button maker thingy.

I'm posting pics of the cool things I got from DC-jitterbug tonight, since all my computer related things seem to finally be working without majorly bugging out. Damn worm. Angry

I loooove swapping, it's such a thrill! Cheesy Grin

this is what i made for the swap.  seattle public art coasters.  the first picture has a glare but is closer up, the second lets you see what was in the glare.  the bottom left one is the Sound Garden, a bunch of organ pipes with windmills attached so that they make different sounds depending on the wind. (and of course inspiration for the band's name)
