Pimp My Craftster Username Round 3 (SIGNUPS 5/03-5/23; SENDOUTS 6/20)

There are a lot of interesting names joining!  To keep it interesting, let's talk about our names.

A lot of people get confused by my username: SevsOnlyGirl.  Some of you HP peeps might get it though.   First off, I'll confess that I'm over 40.lol  A friend of mine always told me that if Severus Snape was a real person he would definitely pick her to date.  I made the name Sevs Only Girl to spite her.   It worked!  She thought it was hilarious and was mad that she hadn't thought of it first.

I made up superhooker a long time ago, when I was a crusader for crochet...I hated knitting and knitters, and I was pretty peeved that all the crochet patterns around were so crappy!  I made my blog, The Superhooker, about crochet.  Then I joined craftster, and I was able to get the same name!  and then i started knitting....a lot...and I just organized the knitters swap....and I'm not in the crochet swap....

but I still hook!  I promise!  My son was really confused when I started knitting...I had taught him to say, "knitting is stupid" when we were in yarn stores.  Ladies can't get mad at a cute 5 year old...

My username, audio-astrophysics, is a combination of my nickname audio, which I got totally madeup by accident when I signed a note to my friend that was my other nickname with an o at the end like this audi-o, because at that time I added 'o' to everything. And the other part is what I want to be, and Astrophysicist, which is like an astronomer but a fancier name, and I like fancy things.

I'm going to send in my questionnaire now.

Can't say the story behind mine is very complex, but it suits me well!

My name's Megan, I'm an artist.  Therefore the website theartofmegan.com was born, and screen names slowly followed suit until just about everything I have online is under this name.

I'm a big believer in consistency of screen names, especially when you're trying to make some kind of online presence for yourself.

Man, this is a cool theme. I'll have to think about this one. I love my screen name and I'd love to get things with it. I'm just not sure I know yet what I could make that qualifies as a large for someone. I don't sew or knit or anything like that so I'm trying to come up with some potential ideas before I sign up. I'd hate to short-change someone.

I'm in,
my username is named after the character from the musical We will rock you, It's an awesome musical and according to my friends I've a lot in common with the character.
Since I'm trying to keep it as a consistent username, sometimes I use the nickname Scara or Scara_star but it's always Scaramouche

I can't do large items either but you can always replace them, I haven't read the first page in awhile but I think it said something along the lines of 2 medium and X smalls instead of the other sizes.

Four years ago, when I was a sophomore in college, I had the tendency to say, "I'm such a dork!",  ALL the time!  And rather than denying it, my roommate, would reply, "But you're a FUN one!"  I had just gotten a new computer and email account so we decided that Imafundork would be funny.  The name has stuck and I use it for most things now. And still get called Fundork by old friends and new acquaintances.

Someone suggested a swap idea and in her post she proposed that we use a point system. Such as whatever you make adds up to say 10 points. A small might be one point, and a description of what that might be. Etc. So a person could make 10 smalls. Or perhaps 2 or 3 larges could equal 10 points. I like that idea. Every time I try to read possible combinations my head starts spinning. The point system is easier for me to understand.

I've seen that done more in swaps that have "offerings" instead of a swap like this. We're getting partners in this one.
