I am addicted to this needle felting technique. I've been stabbed several times by the needle, but I can't stop...Cheesy

Those are beautiful!  I didn't even know what needle felting was until I saw your post and seached for it on google.  Is it hard?  Looks like a very time consuming process.  How long did it take you to make those pieces?

It's not hard at all. It's basically stabbing wool with really sharp needles to form shapes. Cheesy
For the bird, I formed it to the shape that I wanted by applying several layers of wool on top of one another, added the eyes  and wings. The feet's made out of copper wire that was inserted through the bird.

I think it took about 20 minutes for each piece. I'm not sure...maybe more.

Wow!  Those are absolutely incredible!  You're obviously very good at needle felting.  How did you learn to do that?  Can you recommend any particular books or websites?  I soooooo want to learn to do that!  Thanks for posting!
