I received an AWESOME package from StudioRat! Her painting skills seriously AMAZE me, she is so talented!!

She made me the most amazing sugar skull candle holders

and a really awesome bowl!

and the most amazing super detailed sugar skull brooch and this crazy earring/necklace set made out of recycled balloons! No idea how she did it but i think its really cool! She even included some cute skully balloons too!

Thanks so much StudioRat, you were a great partner!! Smiley

When I got home my skull swap package from Deadbathducky was here. Yeah hah. Feeling tired, but happy.
I got an aussie tea towel, skull beanies for DS and OH, DD got a skelanimal and I got a cute little treasure box full of beads, eye patch, chocolate coins, necklace, badges and a skully cat toy ( I think).

here's some pics

The boys both love there hats, DD is over the moon with her skelanimal and she's also taken a liking to the skull patch, aussie chocolate pennies and bone necklace.
The treasure chest is adorable. I was very concerned when I shook my package...argghhh I thought something is broken, as it rattled and chinked loads. It was Ok though, it was the beads and bits that made all the noise. Cheesy

I love the teatowel it'll be going on my kitchen wall the little skull with hat is adorable. Infact the hat so so fab ( including the yarn) I want a big one for me Cheesy

Thank you heaps DBD, it's all fab. Well done on your first swap.

I forgot to say that the paint the deadbathducky used for the beanies is glow in the dark. I'd forgotten until I switched the lights off  last night and had a great big skull glowing at me.  Cool

got my package! soo amazing. got scottish lollies, pillow case, bag, patches, a pin cushion and wonderful necklace. and my fave.... yoric!(from hamlet) who has a wonderful scarf inside.
the pin cushion disappeared soon after arrival and was found in my cats basket(one of them carried it there).

the little beanie of zombiecazz's is actually a boiled egg cosie to keep eggs warm. and the small skull is a pin cushion or cat toy
