Details of swap:

Ever wanted to learn a new craft?! Well here is your chance. Every participant will make a ‘craft kit’, consisting of everything needed to make the item.
        For example, Betty makes resin necklaces and rings all the time but wants to learn how to make a hoodie for her son, Suzie makes clothes for her sons all the time but wants to learn how to make resin necklaces. So Suzie will send all the supplies to make a resin necklace along with drawings, tutorials, tips etc to Betty and Betty will send some fabric, pattern, notions and tips and techniques for making a hoodie to Suzie.

You will only be sending one kit.

bluwave, I got your PM on this one...but I don't know if I know how to do a craft that someone else would want to know how to do?  I wouldn't want to sign up and then have someone not be interested in learning/already knows how to do one of the few crafts I know.

I think hemp jewelry with 2 simple patterns, and 1 or 2 more advanced patterns would be the best kit I could make with great confidence and good tips and tutorial.  I also have a booklet I could photocopy and include with even MORE patterns...I would have to find it, I am not sure where I stuck it.  AND...I have TONS of great beads and findings, glass pendants, etc!!! 

Is anyone interested in getting a DIY hemp anklet/necklace kit?  If so, I will sign up, double time!

I am sure there will be someone who will want to learn how to make hemp jewelry or any other craft you can do. I know how to make hemp jewlery, but for Someone who wants to learn to make jewelry this is the place to start.
Hemp Jewelry is fun and addictive.

Most crafters are open to trying new things, even if they already know how. It is fun to learn new techniques.

Does anyone out there want to learn some bookbinding?  (I hope so!)  I'm a trained book conservator/bookbinder so I could do a kickass bookbinding kit.  But I also sew, knit, crochet (thread only), and embroider.

What I'd love most to learn to do is shuttle tat.  That's my dream craft and I've not had much luck learning on my own, so a mentor would be great.  But I'd also love to learn stuff like polymer clay, soap making, resin, and anything that's a little off the beaten path.
