How do you think it would look with different colours for the top, midriff section and skirt? Just wondering.
It should look great! There is a sash for the midriff area, but I didn't include it in mine because I didn't like the way it looked on me and a couple of the pics showed it with different colors for the different sections.

Thank you everyone for all the lovely compliments! (I've lost 5 lbs since this pic was taken, hopefully will lose more and have to take it IN! Cheesy )

I still have yet to make another dress. Been really sick lately and just barely have been able to get things I need done, done! My daughter has been wearing her dress that matches mine pretty regularly, but I always forget to snap a pic! DUH!

That looks amazing! I have that same pattern but my first attempt didn't fit me as nice as yours fits you. I need to make some adjustments to the middle piece but right now its in the bottom of my WIP pile. I think my motovation is renewed now thanks to your post! Thanks!!
