Electric Sex Gleaming in the Window

This lamp was inspired by the leg lamp in the movie A Christmas Story. I rescued the plastic leg from my parent's garage sale.  Once I saw it I knew what I had to do.  I drilled a hole in the bottom to thread the lamp kit through. I dresses it in a sexy fishnet stocking. I attached it to a wood base.  The shade was white, so I painted it and hot glued the black fringe on the bottom. My husband found a FRAGILE sign and we stuck it on. "Hmm...It must be Italian."  I made this lamp about 6 years ago.  It stays in our living room year round. 

We are still searching for the right shoe.
