It isn't that good of a drawing but i am a begginger
I already have the fabrick it is a light sea fome green color (mabe more bluer)
I was woundering if i should also have the back skrunched and if I do should i use an invisable zipper or no zipper? Oh and I already figured out how to make the skerunch.

Well. From the look of your drawing, you want the main body to be ruched. The bottom appears to be pleats or ruffles? I'd suggest using semi stretchy fabric, that way you won't even need a zipper. Make the body of the dress, ruche it. Then add the bottom to it after you've either pleated it or ruffled it.

I agree with zombie teeth, although if you feel you require a zipper, get an invisible one for the side. Putting a zipper there makes it look more professional.
