Wowwwwww fabtabalous Shocked! Love the bold fabric. Hope you don't mind me asking you a few questions?!? Is it generally easy to make? I consider myself an experienced beginner sewer.  I have never done a zipper before. Do you know what size zipper I would need for this bag (don't see it listed on the tut)? Any help is appreciated.

Great job!

thanks guys  Grin  i am definitely a beginner!!!  i really can't do much except basic things.  it was my first time with a zipper too.  i actually think i would prefer it without the zipper and do the button closure like some in the original thread did.  i think it says to use a 14" zipper(if not that's what i used).  i have a couple more in the works that i will post when they are done!!!

Thanks for answering my questions! I think the zippers I have are 9 or 12 in long, I figured I would need a longer one for this project Undecided. Anyway you did a great job on your first zipper Grin. Now you have me wanting to go back and check out the original thread(so many pages Shocked) to see what it looks like with the button flap, I rather those kind of purses too. Not sure if you have ever done a magnetic clasp before, but FYI they are way easier then it seems to install   Wink. I followed the simple TUT here at craftster and had no problems. If I end up making one I promise to post pics. Can't wait to see the other ones in the making!
