So glad you liked everything!
I was racking my brain to figure out how to "rockabilly" up your kitchen - then noticed you don't knit much - hence the cloths. They could probably double as trivets too.
The purse is a version of the Cocktail Monkey bag (on knitty). I was kinda going for the Hepcat records vibe.
(Just a note to knitters - chenielle yarn does not block worth beans.)
For this package I had two "hoverers" - my SO and a houseguest. What is it about Rockabilly swaps that make boys hover? My SO did it on the last one too.

Oh, and on the swap anxiety - I "stalked" a little and freaked when I saw that you were great at sewing. I didn't chicken out of making the pillow, but that didn't stop the anxiety.

Yessssss!  I got my package in the mail today from missmuffcake... it's so awesome I think I'm going to cry.  Seriously.  Check it out...

Skull dishes!  Tarot card magnets!  Little hearse salt and pepper shakers!!  (and a little crocheted skull rose pin that my daughter promptly stole...)  It can't possibly get any better!  How did she know that I collect salt and pepper shakers?

That's a nice little picture of the lengths that she went to to keep all of my little beauties protected from the evil mailmen.  There's even little notes on everything that tell me what they are and how to wash and dry the plates.  I love that!

And that's my daughter stealing stuff.  She thinks the whole package belongs to her. Wink  Thanks so much missmuffcake!  This was one amazing swap and I fully intend on being in the next round!

I can't believe that you can make plates like that what a great idea!

sewsew - too cool about the collection addition...s & p and cream & sugar containers for me are something I have a lot of but completely by accident...they are always so cute and perfect I can't resist them!

Yay, I am glad you liked everything. I actually had a set of temp tattoos for your daughter, I forgot those, I will be mailing them soon.

I am glad you like the s&p shakers, the cars are what called for my trip to Toys R Us. I did not know you collected them, they just came to me on a whim when I saw the cute lil shakers and that you liked hot rods...The plates are to go with them since I wanted to give you useful stuff. I never want to see mode podge for awhile - messy but fun to make! The tarot cards are  loteria cards, a Mexican bingo game that kids like to play. The images are way cool and I love trying to make them into useful stuff!
