oh! and does anyone make those cloth (muslin, i think) produce bags?  i really want some!  i've seen some teabag sized ones in mimiw's shop...

Are you sure you want muslin?  If you shop at a normal grocery store, it's kind of annoying to go through the check out line with muslin bags -- you have to open each bag for the checker so that they can see what's in it and check that sticker with the number on it.

What about tulle instead?

I've been meaning to make some of these for myself.

I think tulle is better in the fridge than muslin -- muslin gets moldy when wet.  If you stick a tulle bag in  your crisper drawer, any excess moisture just evaporates.

I'm obsessed with my garden right now, but I'll try and make some of these this weekend.  I need to get my shop open!  Smiley

yeah! i was thinking like spaghetti strap.  semi-fitted is good, i think -- not entirely sure what it means, but i like tanks that aren't skin tight and aren't super baggy, so i'm assuming that's in the middle Wink

Yep, that is pretty much what it means Smiley

My shop might be closed for a while longer than I had expected, as it looks like a work trip to Miami might actually happen the week after next. I'll probably be closing this weekend and re-opening after I get back from FL.  But come the first week of June, I'll have plenty of time for sewing!

What should I be doing - writing my UU Sermon for Mother's Day...
What am I doing - Hanging out with all y'll (2 of our prof's are from the south...)
At least I have all the readings picked and 1/4 pages written - and I have it in my head.
     45 minutes later...
Stupid question of the moment...
How do I get the websites to appear at the bottom of my posts???
yes - I really am procrastinating!!!

Power is strength and the ability to see yourself through your own eyes and not through the eyes of another. It is being able to place a circle of power at your own feet and not take power from someone else's circle.

If you want to post a link with a colour button go like this:

{url=http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?action=post;topic=243377.210;num_replies=216}{color=blue}Shop the Swap{/color}{/url}  Change all the {} to square brackets[]  and like teamwang said no spaces any part (except the link- for example the Shop the Swap section) of the code or it won't work

I can't wait till it gets hot here!!  Today is a lovely spring day, but there was snow a few hours to the west of us Roll Eyes  Gotta get some crafting done before the garden season in a few weeks.....

also... can i be a butthead for a minute? if you've sold an item, can you please remove the photo from your shop (unless you're using it as an example of possible custom orders of course!) and put it in the gallery instead?  please? i keep seeing awesome things and getting excited only to realize they've already been sold.  Cry  okay, enough butthead-ing ... back to shopping!  Cheesy

Sorry if this was me. Sad  I'll fix it.

Also, I'm going to close my shop for the balance of the month, I think.  I'll try to spend down to 3.  I'm going to do my first craft fair w/ my friend, so i've got to make a sh!tload of earrings etc for that.  Hopefully I'll make some money.

Any quick tips from those of you who are craft fair experienced?
