I got out my beads the other day for a quick project and was feeling too lazy to put them away again...so they sat there for a day, staring at me, begging for attention. So I decided the "bad beads" deserved some loving. The bad beads would be all the plain white seed beads and the bright orange, square pendant (I got it as a free gift with an order of beads a while back).

So I strung up a bunch of white seed beads while watching repeats of Law & Order until I had a considerable bunch. I tied all my strands together, added the clasp, etc and then admired my work. I decided I wanted to do something more with the bright orange shell so I took some silver colored wire and wrapped it around the shell a few times, adding some Swarovskis here and there. And this is what I ended up with! It's nothing special, but just thought I'd share ^_^ Although I have to say, my boyfriend's violin makes a rather elegant background...!

That is quite the elegant background!

I love how multiple strands of seed beads look.  This is really nice for summer.
