I made this for Sewsew-a-Gogo for the Tattoo Swap. The original drawing was done by Andy Lowlife at Santa Cruz Tattoo in Santa Cruz, CA. His had a mallard head so I just swapped it out for a Stormtrooper helmet. I was post stalking Sewsew and saw that she commented on how cool a girl's idea of getting a Virgin with a Stormtrooper head was and thought hey, might as well try that. She's definitely one of the best, if not the best, things I've ever embroidered. Enjoy:

I love her.

OH MY GOD THIS IS THE COOLEST MARY EVAR!!!! Sorry for the caps, I just love you so much and I think the storm trooper is an awesome alternative to the mallard head Cheesy You did an amazing job and I want you to embroider me instead of getting a tattoo. (I'm ok with the fact that that makes no sense unless you are me or you ) Cheesy

ETA: I was typing to fast to get the first comment I misspelled things almost as bad as when I was drunk. AWESOME!

Hey Fiber People: I am very interested in personal swaps for painted/dyed roving or top. I can swap supplies or crafted items. Let's talk!

Wow does not even begin to touch this piece of work Lilyvanilli. This stitching is beyond perfect, and the design is pure art.

This is rockin' for sure.

OMG!!! Amazing, I love it. What an excellent, glorious rendition of Mary! And I love how you switched Andy Lowlife's image with a storm trooper. . . classic!

She is totally gorgeous!!  One of the best things I have ever gotten, hands down!!  The stitchin is perfect and the colors are amazing!   She's totally sexy!  So much more that just "this rocks" but I hit it anyway!
