Throw your petticoat over the windmill!

Last year I went to stay with relatives in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, and thought it would be a good opprtunity to test my holga camera.  I really like the grainy, lo-fi of lomo cameras, and I was quite pleased with the results. I tweaked the lighting in Photoshop, as the lighting was not perfect, but there you go.

Thanks for looking ,any comments welcome!

Those photos are great.
I love the contrast of colours in the photo of the kid in front of the bridge.
I love the grainyness of older cameras too.
I wish printing film cost nothing.
Then I'd stock up on film cameras galore.

newcastle is my favourite city in the universe; i hope to go to university there next year. the lomography scene is pretty good too! i'm very jealous, all my oktomat pictures of the angel of the north came out badly, and i didn't even get one of the baltic.

you've made me go all fuzzy. i bloody love newcastle. nice pictures! i love the texture and colours. very grey and newcastle indeed.
