Meatwad from Aqua Teen Hunger Force - in hat form!  The hat was freeform, made of double crochet and bernat softee chunkee.  It's cloche like, and you can see the shell stitch brim.  There is a bow on one side and Meatwad on the other!

Here's a side view so y'all can see my craptastic stitching ability in all it's meatwaddy glory.

I love that description, "meatwaddy glory"!  Great job!  Your lovely hat makes Meatwad look somehow classy.  Cheesy

I don't really have a pattern.  I made a circle based on ten (10 dc into the magic circle, 2 dc in each dc -20 st, then dc, 2 dc in next - 30 st) until I thought it would fit my head.  Then I dc in each dc until I thought it was long enough, add a row of dc, ch1 sk next.  Then another row of double crochet, then some shell stich for the brim.

The face is embroidered on, which I suck at.  I had to paint the lines of meatwad's face on there so I had something to go by.  Then I embroidered over the fabric paint.

Meatwad gets the honeys, G!

So awesome!  Meatwad is the cutest.  I don't think your stitching is craptastic at all.  You made a really good likeness  Cheesy

Ah, the camera is quite the liar though!

But, to be fair, meatwad is a subject well suited to those who can't stay in the lines while coloring.
