Thank you so much ladies...

these pants took me forever...i started one day at noon and finished sometime around eight pm....

i sewed all the patches togher and then used another pair of pants as a template to get the rise right...and then i made the legs super wide...and did a simple drawstring..they are really comfy and pretty warm too..and i made them big enough i can wear my leg warmers under them....or even another pair if pants..hehe...

i want to get more creative w/ the patchwork designs on them..but i am still just learning how to sew so...i will get there someday...Smiley

thanks again everyone!!!please make some .. everyone should have a pair of hip pants.. Wink

The name of this thread does not do justice to the super-coolness of these pants!

Absolutely gorgeous Mama!
I just started sewing patches a few months ago, have been wanting to make me a pair of pants similar to these for awhile. How much fabric was used? Like 2 or 3 pairs of old chords? I get all mine at resale shops, so I'm fairly limited on color. Love the color scheme on yours! Also, did you use a serger to make these?

Thanks for sharing!
