Did a great event today and we made 177 cool comfort ties. They are very easy and can be made pretty inexpensively! Probably costs more to ship them then it did to make them!!!

Yeah us!!! More information available if anyone wants it.

I'm interested as to what this is.
Is there a website I could look at?

Certainly... a group of us did them yesterday for operationquietcomfort.com but you can get the pattern and learn about the polymer crystals at watersorb.com

You can make 8 or 9 from 1 yard of fabric... TIP: get a baby medicine spoon/tube thingie from your local pharmacy, it will help you measure and dispense the crystals into the ties.

I bought a nice big container of the stuff at LOWES. Home depot didn't carry it. It was something with the word moist in it. Just don't get the green kind. It as fertilizer in it. If I remember correctly (its in a box somewhere with craft stuff) Its about 4 inches high and has a blue lid.
