Wonderful - technical question - what did you use to crochet the chain mail? Wire?
Selkie

No, it wasn't wire, it was silver thread but it is thicker than regular crochet thread.  It's still pretty hard to work with, though.  Sorry I can't be more help, I never keep labels! It's a bad habit.

That's okay - I think I can picture it!
Thank you - Selkie

Power is strength and the ability to see yourself through your own eyes and not through the eyes of another. It is being able to place a circle of power at your own feet and not take power from someone else's circle.

Eek! That Aragorn amigurimi is amazing o_0 he even has a little Evenstar necklace. You have inspired me to try my crocheting skills at this~ Why didn't I think of this before? Combining two of my great loves! Awesome job!!

I know this post is super old but I HAVE TO COMMENT IT IS TOO AWESOME *has a fangirl moment*
Your Lord of the Rings amigurumis have won my heart. The Witch-King is utterly stunning (the helmet! the weapons!) and Aragorn is a wonder of tiny, detailed perfection (I especially love his chainmaille). You've probably heard it often enough, but they're gorgeous, and I couldn't pass by without telling you so. ^^
