I made these paper flowers using one of Martha Stewart's kits.  I loved these kits, but if anyone else is interested I reccomend buying a thin wire to use along with the floral type they supply you with.  It makes it a lot easier.

is it regular paper..or crepe or coffee filter type paper..

It's crepe paper.  The kit comes with a bunch of pieces and then templates to cut out.
