Modeled by my hairy-legged boyfriend...
I added some ribbons because these slippers are meant for the girl-hobbit in this house (me)

This is a free pattern called Side Cable Slippers and you can find it on freepatterns.com - you have to register to the website to access the pattern though.

I made these so quickly (about 1h30) using roughly one ball of Wool-Ease Thick and Quick yarn, and they are really comfy!

Yellowblanket: These are knit flat, it's really just a square (see my blog for a picture) so straight US 13 needles are fine!

Alternawidget: I didn't do anything special for the soles, they are just made of straightforward stockinette, but you could buy pieces of suede and stitch them on?
