My youngest little's birthday was a few weeks ago, and i figured it was time to bust out some dresses... and finally got to use my New Look 6613 pattern! i LOVE this pattren, and may be addicted. Have a few more planned, especially with my oldest's birthday comming up! Thanks to babyangel and kaymadben for inspiring me with their beauties.

Dress 1 [pattern view A]:

[please ignore the dirty face. haha] gotta say im not OVERLY happy with this view. the straps attach kind of stupidly to the back, and then the stitching is all visible. totally ruined the look of the dress, imo. but, seems to have been made better with the addition of some [strategicly placed

] tiny white bows.. whatever, she liked it. lol ended up being her party dress, since i wasnt happy enough with it to make it a gift. [the shirt underneath i only there because it was FREEZING the day of her party!]
Dresses 2 and 3 [pattern view E]:

LOVe these on her! and they were SO easy!!! Shots aren't great, sorry. First is made from a lovely green and pink paisley that i fell in love with. Added two big pockets on the front, since the little loves pockets. Dress two is a beautiful pinkish-reddish-burgundy[?] coloured cotton with a pretty gold floral print, and i added a ruffle to the bottom, because i like ruffles.

Vegbee Peasant top and prettied-up-pants:

i love vegbee's peasant tops, and after staring at the tutorial forever, i finally decided to give it a go. super simple! and the effect is cute. only problem was i made it a bit short for my liking.. but it fits good otherwise. Also cut the bottom [ugly print] off a pair of old jeans, and added a little ruffled cuff to match the top. she LOVES this outfit.
happy birthday girl this year!
Extra add in, as i dont want to make a thread just for it... free handed halter for the bigger-little:

kind of made up the pattern as i went along.. was trying to use up some of my stash. lol she actually really likes the weird fabric-ribbon combo, so its a winner. worked up really quickly so i'll probably make some more for the summer too.
Anhow, C+C welcome! I ha alot of fun with these, and for the most part am very happy with the results. Sorry about the picture overload...
