My sister is getting married this summer and since I don't have extra money to shop from her registry and the shower is this weekend, I made her this apron...
  It is simplicity 2932...
I think it is darling...

Here it is open on my couch...

I embroidered her name in the bottom...

This was my first embroidery job, so go easy on me...

I am excited for her to open it... it is just so much her style...
I would probably wear it as a dress...
sorry for all the elipses... I guess I am in that kind of mood...

That is so cute! When I clicked on the thumbnail I thought for sure it was a cute summer dress... it's extra awesome because it's an apron. The embroidery is a very sweet touch, too, and those stitches look great. Hard to believe it's your first!

That is precious! I'm sure she will love that more than anything you could possibly buy her.

I WIST I had all these super cool things!

See you in the clouds, sweet little Jackson.

Love it!  I too thought it was a dress.  It makes an awesome apron!

That is why I bought the pattern to begin with! I love aprons and these ones were so close to being dresses, I COULD wear an apron out of my house without looking like I needed to run to the store in the midst of baking to buy some sugar...

That is fantastic!  I think your embroidery looks lovely, by the way.  The flower on the end of the Y is a nice touch.
