So a few of my friends keep asking me to make them banners/ icons. And I never really thought I was that great at photoshop but heeey what do I know I'm self taught and do what I want most of the time. ANYWAYS! I keep making more and more of these and their starting to pile up ( me thinking one day I might want to use them...). I was looking around etsy and noticed people are selling icons and banners for 5-25 bucks! I almost died since I've just been giving them away, don't get me wrong I like the practice but I'm also a poor kid paying back lots of money on a culinary school bill...Anyways tell me if you think I can sell them here's a few I've done for peoples shops and such..I'm not saying anyone would but don't steal 'em I'm nice send me a PM I'll make you one for free lol...Ohh and what should I charge if you do indeed think I'm good enough to sell them?

If you like them, chances are someone else does, too - there are more people who don't know how to make banners than there are ones who do, so if you've got a skill certainly you can sell it to others.

I'm guessing because of the pics here that those are clearer in action. They're not my style, but I see that kind of style all the time. I don't see a problem selling them. $25 if they take an hour or less. If people want customization, you should charge more.

You mentioned you were self taught - what kind of resources did you use to learn by?  I'm having a hard time grasping it - and I'm pretty artsy and great with computers.

If you've looked at your competition, you could sell them.  The problem just might be getting your prices set up and getting your first few customers...after that - good luck keeping up with orders Smiley  I create my own as well, and yours look good to me!
