I saw a pettiskirt that KatMiller did the other day and it inspired me to try to make one for my little girl.

So here is the end result:

I can't be sure what the fabric was exactly I am sorry (but it is definately not chiffon).  I found it in the dance material section (it is like a really soft netting, really easy to cut and sew with too).  I don't recommend getting material with the pre glued sparkles on it though (like I did) as the glue from the sparkles kept building up on the machines needle and then the cotton would stick to it and snap (very frustrating having to re thread the machine 20 times for one skirt).
