I love them all, great job. I hope you do well at the boutique.

Did you use a pattern or is it your own?

These are great.  I think I might sew myself some new bags.  I bought some plain hemp ones off line before I (a)started sewing regularly (b)they became super popular in cute designs.  Thanks for inspiring me to remake/remodel my old shopping bags.

My friends I am addicted to "crackster".  I think they might be right.
I am interested in personal swaps, just send me a pm!

I love my life, my hubby, my sons, and my 2 crazy dogs!  Isn't life grand?

Well, they started from a pattern. I saw a pattern at my local quilting shop, so I took a peek and then added my own flair to it. The pattern I saw called for a mesh bottom and no lining. I use a linen blend and 100% cotton lining. It is all washable so if something happens, throw it in the machine.

I have a few more to sew. Maybe I'll make a quick tutorial. Sheesh... look at me giving away my ideas. LOL! Oh well, if I can help eliminate plastic bags one at a time, I'll do it.

Hi hun,

A tute?  OMG that would be great...especially if it just so happened to be the first one! lol  Rude aren't I?  You poor thing, you offer to do something for us all for free, and what do I do, get picky over which one you do!  Any tute is a good tute Naomi, stop being fussy.

Hugs
Naomi

I love the ones with the ties on the side.  I make a beach bag recently that was very similar.  Super cute!

I really like how flexible these bags are. Sometimes you dont need a large bag right away, but you may not be done shopping yet and if you only have a small bag where are you going to put the rest of your stuff. Great for the farmers market or the swap meet. Great job.
