Details of swap:
Welcome to the Craft My Cause Swap! This is the place to exchange crafty swag related to those charitable causes that are nearest & dearest to your heart. Examples include, but are in no way limited to, animal issues like rescue, child issues like abuse or poverty, awareness or cures for diseases/conditions/syndromes, environmental issues like recycling or energy independence, social issues like equal rights, diversity, or Gay/Bi/Lesbian rights, the list is infinite…
You will craft items pertaining to your partner’s cause. Your partner will craft items pertaining to your cause. If you both agree, you may choose to send each other items pertaining to your own causes as well. The swap goods should equal: 1 large, 1 medium, and 1 small, though it is ok to discuss with your partner to do more.
Please post at least once by May 18 with your status, and send a PM to me and your partner when you have sent. Let me know if you encounter any problems and/or will be sending late.
PLEASE NOTE: Some causes are controversial by nature, so I feel the need to post a disclaimer. Let’s keep the discussion friendly, non-judgmental, and in the spirit of Craftster. Every effort will be made to avoid matching you with someone who has an opposing view on such an issue.
One more note: I don’t have computer access at home, but I do at work and the library. If you try to contact me in the evening or on a weekend, I may not get back to you until the next day or Monday.
