Do you marvel at small shiny objects?  Do you enjoy the tactile sensation of running your fingers through a tin of pretty, pretty buttons?  Do you find yourself rescuing buttons from discarded clothing?   Do people think you're crazy when you describe your button collection in terms of volume or weight?  Wink  If you answered yes to any of these questions, then this swap may be for you.

This would be a relatively quick, smallish swap.
Partners would swap 2 or 3 SMALL crafted items (made of buttons, embellished with buttons or button themed of course) and a small collection of buttons.  Maybe 15 to 20? The buttons can be new or vintage.  Discuss with your partner how many and what kind of buttons you would like to swap.  No pressure to send extras.

I found myself smiling and nodding to all your questions.
I'm really interested in participating in this kind of a swap, but I just signed up for the super sea swap, and that is my first swap...
If this swap starts in the end of may, or the beginning of June, I'd love to join.  Smiley

Me please! I have loved buttons since I played with my mum's button box as a child. I know have my own jar and raided my mum's too Cheesy

I've also just got a book with some button jewellery so would welcome the chance to make some of the designs in it Grin

I LOVE buttons.
I mostly have vintage ones.  Smiley
I actually just bought one from the 1880's!  It's beautiful, and I would kill to get it made into a necklace or something.  The button itself (just that one!) cost $9 (and that's after we talked the guy down!)
Haha.  Cheesy
