My objective for creating this quilt for a custom order was to capture the essence of a rose garden. I really love how it came out, but as I was packaging it up I thought, "Gee this looks rather Christmassy"

Everyone loves it, but next time I will use different colors together Cheesy

A matching nap-time companion, no buttons or anything, safe for teeny-tiny's

Thanks for coming to see!

Oh, this is so pretty! I love those pinwheels. You did a beautiful job.

It doesn't look really Christmassy to me, since my monitor is showing more of a rosy pink than red and the green has a lot of flowers on it. Not a candy cane or snowman in sight.  Wink

The nap-time companion is a great idea.

It's great that you made a little character to go with your blanket. My babygirl loves to play 'night night dolly'...in which she covers up her dolls with a little quilt I made. I didn't think of making a little matching character to go with her quilt!

Be sure to post your other color schemes...I'd love to see them! Grin
