Oh. I'm from Toronto, and I got it at Fortino's. Although I also swear I've seen it at Loblaws and at No Frills. I'm sorry I'm not much of a help with where to get it in Quebec. You could also try sticker paper; it should work just as well.

I'm not in the UK, but I believe it might be the same as Butcher Paper if you have that.

It's nowhere near US butcher paper...maybe UK butcher paper is different?

omg, you have just saved my life!  I want to try stenciling, but the prices for shipping on Ebay to Canada ($22 starting, then about $14 for every extra roll!), is insane.  I will definitely be prowling the aisles of Loblaws and No Frills now! Cheesy

It's not like anything in the UK supermarkets (unless you happen to find a Reynolds roll somewhere - I heard someone say safeway but that doesn't exist anymore). UK butcher paper is waxed rather than plasticy.

does anyone know where to find it in Europe, outside the UK?  (I live in Belgium) 'cause I have looked for it and all I can find it:
Aluminium paper
white baking paper (sorta like bread paper)
brown baking paper
Transparent paper (for foodwrapping)
