Okay, let me begin by saying... if you haven't seen rocky horror in the theatre, GO! I'd never been, although the movie is a favorite of mine, until Saturday.

We decided to go Saturday morning, so this was thrown together QUICKLY. The vest was $2.99, the shirt $1, and the wig $9, plus the leopard fabric at $.50 (the vest and top were locally found at a thrift store), plus the jewelry chain. Eddie (meatloaf) is my favorite character, so here's the costume. I LOVE it, and threw it together in less than an hour. I lined the vest with leopard print, then sewed it open in the front so it would show. The back is panted, with chain sewn on. The tshirt has "Eddie" on the front in glitter. Cheesy

I realize I totally look like a man here, but I had to Cheesy

Sweet jacket.

Comments welcome... and PLEASE go to the nearest midnight showing!!!

haha! that's awesome. I like the wig. And who cares if you looked like a dude...I've seen much weirder things in my life.
I went to a midnight showing once. It was quite the experience. Men in the women's restrooms and other fun stuff like that Shocked I had to stop at the gas station on the way there with a car full of teenage girls dressed kind of like prostitutes at midnight. Good times!

Ah that is fantastic! I totally agree that dressing up for the show is so much fun.  I went as Magenta when we saw it.   We were not allowed to take in the toilet roll, cards or rice tho  Sad

I think the fact you did it in short amount of time is amazing. It looks great., and I bet you had a fab time!

They allowed everything but squirt guns (which we unfortunately did not know until after we squirted everyone, so we had to hide them to avoid getting ousted)... My best friend (who went has a more than fabulous Magenta) and I had to stop and get gas on the way, which was quite an event, Smiley

I <3 Rocky Horror Cheesy
I don't think I really have a favorite character though, lol, I love them all equally. XD
Also, I'm totally jealous, lol, I want to go to one of the showings at a theater (preferably a midnight showing, might have to try to convince one of my parents to take me this summer as I still can't drive....>_> )

Anywho, that is seriously awesome! Cheesy I'm especially loving the vest. ^_^
