The yarn art rocks.

Are those round things in the bottom of the first picture pogs?

Yes, they are pogs.  I had acquired a few hundred of them awhile back, and since my partner likes skulls, I picked out some that had skulls on them, just for her to play around with.

Thanks for the comments everyone.  The yarn art was a new effort for me.  You can't see it in the picture, but I added some sparkley beads to it.  I tried taking a picture of it and couldn't get the beads to show up.  The star clusters in the middle are all beads.

Ok everybody, get your Wist buttons ready because I received some fantabulous goodies!!!

First and foremost, THANK YOU GrannysAnnie!!!  You have completely blown me out of the water here, and I am just in awe over everything you sent me!!  In the word's of Wayne and Garth, "We're not worthy!!!!!"   Cheesy

Here's the box:

And what I saw upon opening the box (I actually squealed!)

My very own DNA!  Which my daughter saw, and said, "Is that ladder for me?"  Cheesy

By the way, I'd like to imagine that my DNA is that colorful!  LOL!

My new favorite necklace!

It's double sided, so I can switch from happy cloud to grumpy cloud as needed, although I have a strong feeling it'll be on the grumpy side more often!  LOL!

This is by far the most amazing thing I could ever have received- It's crocheted and lined, and I'm in awe!

And it's innards (I'll try to get a better picture when it's not so cloudy)

And my dog approves!  Cheesy

Now what could be in these?

Ohhh, some super awesome buttons, and a beautiful bracelet!!

And my partner my have ESP or something because I've been trying to find another one of these to have a set of four (I only had three until today), so now I can complete my Saturn towel set!  YAY!

I have been completely spoiled!

WOW! That crocheted heart bag is amazing! I love how the lined interior is a gorgeous blood-red. What a lovely swap package! Those buttons are pretty nifty, too!

Hello Fellow Swappers! Our beloved leader, Anarcticraft, is an absolute goddess. I received THE MOST AMAZING box of stuff from her today, and I couldn't wait to share. I took pictures as I opened, to document my dig. Here we go:

Even the box was beautifully decorated, and there was a beautiful fungus card inside:

Here is an incredible decoupaged metal box, featuring anatomical illustrations:

Inside, there were 10 fantastic magnets featuring diffferent aspects of science, from an old Webster's (nice touch!!)(Where did you find such nice, unbubbly glass pebbles?) :

A BIRD BATH, featuring my all time favorite bony plated fish, the DUNKLEOSTEUS!! I hope the birds won't be too terrified!! Smiley :

An adorable singing bird (which terrified the dog. go figure) and coloring book (awesome), and stationary (incredibly nice!):

AND MORE...   Whatever could it be, since I am so spoiled already?!

Could it be? YES YES YES A GIANT hand-made Plant cell tote bag, complete with Plant Cell key.

I am just thrilled beyond words. Antarcticraft has been just awesome as an organizer, a shoulder to cry on, and a swap partner.

THANK YOU! I Love Everything!!

I recieved from PleaseElise! Prepair to hate my guts and writhe in jealousy!
I was walking home and noticed the screen door was kinda propped open...I almost fainted.
First thing I tried to do was open it, but ended up having to use a knife because of the tape XD why I didnt think of the knife first, I have no idea.

When I opened it...I did faint...or had a fit...I can't remember.

She made me this AWESOME tote! Its my new bag and Im showing it off to everyone!
My mom said "Im jealous....thats meant for me right?"
"No mom! Go back to the mothership D<"

outside in good lighting

Inside! Pockets! I love it!

Action shot <3

The next thing I saw was this box...took me a minute to shake off the shock of how amazing it is. Its covered in newspaper and X-files trading cards!!!!

Aaaaaand the aaaaaaaaaaaalien!!!! My own personal alien who reminds me of those little guys in Men in Black.
Me and mums named him Mortimer and he has a British accent! : D

And the card, which i love the buttons on the front <3
