I just spun some beautiful dark grey Merino wool, 128 yards of it, and I want to make a pair of gloves. My hands are L in childs(yea, small hands, no carney jokes! Tongue), and I want to edge the wrist and last knuckle in some crimson red heart super saver yarn(the devil, I know) that I have left over. Does anybody have any decent patterns, or know where I can find one(book, etc)? Thanks in Advance.

well once way you can knit a large rectangle and sew the edges except for a small part for the thumb, and maybe attatching it to the ends of scarfs for a twist. as for a pattern, here is one i have used recently:.. ok i cant find it exacally, but here is another one i seen http://knitty.com/ISSUEsummer06/PATTfetching.html. also try searching around in the forums or here: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=233270.0

If you search on the Knitting D & Q board for "fingerless" you come up with 18 pages of possible fingerless glove patterns. Wink  Check the Completed Projects board, too.  They often link to, or come with, patterns.

Thanks guys. I actually did do a search, and could not find what I was looking for. I found one pair, but there was no pattern Cry, and they were really cute gloves too! But I found one, and I'll post my gloves when I'm done with them. Thank you for all your help.

It seems the keyword is "fingerless mitten".  There is tons of pattern for it.  Enjoy.  Smiley
