Cute. I was thinking some sort of red applique for the black and white purse, too. Like a bunch of cherries or something...?

If you have enough maybe try making a simple skirt out of it?
I'll post pics of the dress in this thread once it's done.
It's gonna be awesome, if I do say so myself. How could it NOT be with that wonderful fabric?!

I wish I had enough for a skirt but I don't think I do. Sad  I can maybe get another bag out of it.

I look forward to seeing the dress, that will be so cute!

If you do have an easy skirt pattern, please send me the link.  I've been looking, and haven't really come up with anything good.

I think that's what I'll add this weekend.  Thanks! Smiley

edit: i just realized that everyone on this board is talking about that fabric already! i should have read it first. anyway, either of you who have it know where you got it from? i made a wallet out of mine, actually i made two of them, but here's a link to one of them because i didn't post the second because it is identical: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=252499.msg2810996#msg2810996

this may be a strange request, but the first one that you made (the zinnia fabric with the lining inside out) is made using this fabric that i had some of at one point and i love it!

i was just wondering, since i've forgotten where i got the fabric and i've been searching for more ever since i used it up.....

do you remember where you got it at?

it would be most helpful!

and great job on the bags! they look awesome!

Thanks for the nice comments!

Utopianchaos, I checked out your wallets, and they are TOO CUTE!  LOVE THEM!

The Zinnia fabric came from Wal-Mart, bargain table, $2 yard.  It was quite a few months ago, probably March when I found it? Huh  I wish I would have bought more too because it's just so nice. Smiley
