I've been looking at the gallery for the fairy tales and folklore swap that just ended. there's some great ideas there for our Jane Austen swap. I've also been doing a google search for "regency style." There's some really fun websites that show pics of jewelry, clothes and furniture.
 I'm not sure yet what I'm going to make, but I'm getting jazzed about it!

I did some "research" last night looking at images of the Regency era and reading about Jane last night, and I have so many ideas now of what I can do. I can't wait to spoil my partner and show off a little!
When I filled out my questionare I totally blanked out on some of the really great books. Doing my research was a great refresher course.
I can't wait to get started.

Me too! I'm trying to get my friends to take me seriously about going to an Austen festival, costumes and all.

My bff and I really wanted to plan a trip to the UK this fall/winter since she hasn't been for almost two years. How fun would it be to got during the festival!! Actually, the more I think about it the more I want to do it. Omg, the ideas running through my head right now, and that's never good when travel is involved.
