Hair Flowers plus a Tutorial!

So Ive been away from this forum for waaaay too long. This place only gets me into trouble and my craft storage grows. lol.
Anyways, I thought Id share some of my recent craftings...HAIR FLOWERS!







And heres how to make them:

What you'll need:
Fake Flowers
Glue
Wire
Hair Clips (I used aligator clips)
Beads, Crystals, Pearls, Skulls, etc
Glitter

First
Get a bunch of flowers you like from the craft store

Second
Disassemble the flowers

And be sure to have all the fun shiney stuff available:
crystals, pearls, beads, skull brads, glitter, etc.


Third
Start assembling! 
For the small skull one, I took 3 small flowers and layered them and inserted the skull brad (found in the scrapbook isle) in the middle



You can use more flowers and beads or pearls instead



Then you can glue on crystals or glitter and attach the flower to the clip and PRESTO! You have fun sparkly hair flowers!

those are so pretty!  thanks for sharing, I have a TON of fake flowers that I was going to make something with but forgot what.  Now I have a project perfect for them!

wow those are great! thanks for the tutorial. i have a ton of stuff to make the hair flowers thinking i could figure it out. turns out i go the wrong kind of clips!

Have you ever seen the movie "CryBaby"? Because at the end the mother goes "punk" and her bloom at the end has a skull and cross bones, which is of course what tells you she went "punk." You made me so happy.  I must now try this.
