I made these last night and I think they came out pretty cute!  Grin My main problem was that I had the icing in a ziplock baggie, but the heat from my hand made it melt and it was WAY too gooey, so after 3 cupcakes or so, I would put the baggie in the fridge for 5 minutes. It took longer but they looked nicer Smiley

i was so excited about these and looking for a reason to make them when my mom told me to bake something for my grandfather's birthday tonight!  i've never done any decorative frosting before...and found it to be really melty, so i was cycling three baggies of frosting out of and back into the fridge the whole time.  i think they came out alright!  and definitely delicious.  thanks for the idea!!!
