absolutely STUNNING! it looks so professional- I'm surprised she didn't ask you to make her wedding cake! can I ask what kind of fondant you used? was it store-bought or did you make it yourself? I can't imagine my marshmallow fondant holding the shape of that beautiful bow!

WOW! Professional? Thanks!   Grin Make the fondant?  EEK--this was stressful enough as it was.  It was the Wilton Brand in white.  Added the food coloring to make the blue and kneaded the bejesus out of it. 

As for the wedding cake, I did make it.  Sort of.  She wanted cupcakes, so I decorated all those as well.  Also with fondant flowers, since they had to travel aways from home.  I'll have to dig out pics of that next.

That ribbon is absolutely divine! When you describe the process, it sounds so simple, but I know it can't be. LoL Such an amazing job! No wonder she had you as her wedding cupcake decorator, it really does look professional.
