Chiming in as yet another craftster who missed sign-ups for the last one and would love to participate in the next.  I'd also like to cast my vote for sending 10 cards each (or more!) - I have five cards finished already and ideas for a dozen more.

Ok I have always wanted to be in one of these, but camera restraints held me back (got the camera thing covered now).

Change of plans... I won't be able to organize After thinking about it, I barely have time now with wedding stuff and other family stuff so this would probably be a bad time for me. I'd be happy to answer questions for future organizers though!

Ok There have been variations, so I'll explain how round 4 was done. I should also note I had an AWESOME co-organizer that was a great help to me (and kept me on my toes).

• Last postsecret swap had 40 members. Each member made 10 cards each. The 40 members were divided into groups of 10 (we'll call them A, B, C, and D.)
• Each person was given a secret code to write on the backs of the cards.When a swapper receives a card in the mail, they will pm the code to the organizer and co-organizer.

The organizer needs to be able to:

• Track who is in each group and who they will be sending to
• Give everyone their own "code" and track how many times codes are received
• Send each swapper the addresses of the people they will be mailing their cards to
• Make sure everyone sends in proof that their cards were mailed
• Work with the co-organizer to make sure the information is being tracked correctly
• Follow up with posters to make sure they are sending you the codes when cards are posted in the gallery

Tracking all the codes makes it trickier than a normal swap. It was my crash course in first time swap organizing
