This was  a fun one to make.  A great way to showcase scraps.

I found the idea here....

It was really a quick quilt.  It's a gift for a friend who is expecting I am going to package it up with the bib and ball I made to match.

This is great-visually simple, which I think is perfect for a new baby. I'll bet your friend will love it.

So simple but so gorgeous! And the link was full of great examples, too! Thanks for posting both...

I am planning to make a quilt (well my postage quilt) with a lot of white like this and I'm glad to see how gorgeous it looks ;P

I'm looking to send my Step-Sister's Choice quilt to a new home.  If you're interested in swapping for fabric/scrapbooking supplies, send me a PM.

I love how the white really sets off the other fabrics, and it's calm and... what's the word I'm looking for?! Elegant, sort of? I'm not sure that's right! But it's really pretty! I ahven't done any quilts with borders or any division between fabrics or blocks, but it looks so great that I really need to! The fabrics you picked go really well together, too. Nice job!

Favorite moment of the year?  That commercial when m8888888 dropped her towel and jumped naked into the arms of Tony Danza.

I love this.  I have been wanting to make a queen-sized quilt for my bed with this pattern for a long time.  I am still in the fabric gathering stage though.  Very nice.  I love how the white makes the colors pop and creates such a clean look.
