My best friends birthday is coming up and I decided he needed Cinnabon themed gifts. I had some leftover brown yarn so I created this cinnamon roll magnet!

It was knitted on dpn using dark brown for about 1/3 and a medium brown for the rest. Once that was done I rolled it up with the dark brown end in the middle. I pushed the middle up from the back to give it some dimension and sewed it all together in the back. Then I crocheted a chain of white and tacked it on top for the icing. I used E6000 to glue the magnet to the back.

I hope you like it!

I love this!!! With the knitted sushi and cupcakes from this thread http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=15629.0 you could have a whole fridge of homemade delights!

Edit: Just noticed the dark brown in the middle.  What a fantastic detail!  That's really the icing on the cake...hahahah.  Cheesy

That is quite awsome. You could make all kinds of foods to put on your fridge...the possibilities are endless. Really innovative idea!

Great idea! That's a good way to get rid of all that extra yarn. Looks like you could eat it!

Thats adorable! I have been looking for a simple knit flower pattern (my crochet needles and I don't get along well) and I think this could make a very cute little rose. Thanks for sharing it
