My boys wanted me to make them a "cool" mirror, so I came up with this.  They love it!  I decoupaged the flame paper to the mirror and glued skull paper on the bottom of the glass marbles.  The glass is just regular clear glass glued on top and I used black grout.  The pic's not the greatest...it was pretty hard to photograph.
