This one is for a friend who lost her home in a fire.
Of course i did another tree, but this time I added a little house with window boxes full of flowers.

I stopped in the middle of stitching the treetop, and when I came back to it I picked up the wrong thread color! Oops.

What do you think?

beautiful! i love your stitching and the stylistic trees you're making. the circles are amazing!

and i like that you used the wrong green in the middle. it looks like it was done on purpose to reflect the one circle with the darker green in the middle - it looks good! Cheesy

I like it too! It gives it more dimension. Your trees are so creative and fun. I can't wait to see how you make the next one. And your chain stitch is fantastic.

THANK YOU!
I was really down on myself about the color change, but if you guys think it looks good I'm going to tell the negative voice in my head to shut it.

My next stitched item will not have a tree in it, because it's for the needlework swap and not realted to trees in the least, but I've got another idea cooking in the back of my mind.

Wait! Ooh, I just had a brain flash about including a tree in my swap item. Hmmm. We'll see what happens...
