Not bad, I like the volume of the skirt. I think black is somewhat overdone, too. Anyhow, good luck with it! Cheesy My prom is sometime in November this year and I want to make my own dress too! Lol can't wait Grin

alacorn: I just used 4 layers of the softer tulle (i used 8 yrds), then sewed in an underskirt, then petticoat fabric (3 yrds) ... A LOT OF GATHERING lol

Obsessed Knitter: No boning for me

Imi: No pattern used

I FINISHED IT!!! -woot- Yeah, after a two week delay (thanks to finals), I finally got back on track and finished the dress the day before prom! Everyone as asking me where I bought it and couldn't believe that I made it from scratch. =D

ANYWAYS behold the piccys, lol
